Associate/Senior Cost Manager and Cost Managers Required

CHP International LLP is the international division of Castle Hayes Pursey LLP, a well established practice of Quantity Surveyors, Cost Consultants and Project Managers with offices in both the USA and the UK. As part of our on-going business development, we are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated staff to be based in New York, who can contribute to the continued success of our business and to that of our blue-chip Clients.

Due to current and projected future work-load, we require the following to join our established team (degree level qualification essential):

Associate/Senior Cost Manager: Eight years post qualification experience with either Client side/PQS or construction management background to work as team leader and/or as part of the cost management team on all aspects of a project from inception to completion. Experience within a retail, financial services or publishing/media environment would be an advantage.

Cost Managers: Four years post qualification experience with either PQS or contractor background to work within the Client’s major project team with experience in estimating/cost planning and general cost management.
