Project Scope
Extension of the existing vestry to provide a children’s room, kitchen and accessible W.C. Care had to be taken to minimise damage to the fabric of this historic church also sensitivity to the possible discovery of archaeological remains during excavation work. Selection of a contractor with appropriate skills and specification of materials in keeping with the existing building were critical factors in the procurement process.
