For a practice of our size, we have an extraordinarily wide ranging portfolio of completed projects and a very varied client base. We are often appointed by project management consultants and construction managers to provide cost control services and commercial / contractual advice on major projects, some exceeding £250 million in value.

This has resulted in our having gained a body of knowledge and expertise beyond that expected from a medium sized consultancy. Our staff, processes and systems handle projects large and small in both public and private sectors. We are thoroughly conversant with all forms of construction contract, including the NEC Engineering and Construction Contract which is becoming more widely used on large schemes in the UK and internationally.
