St. Gemma's Hospice, Leeds
CHP fundraising resulted in a welcome donation to St. Gemma's Hospice in Leeds, which cares for local people with terminal illnesses via a 32-bed In-Patient Hospice, Day Hospice and team of Community Nurses. The hospice provides care and services to patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
