The space comprises 35,005 rentable sq.ft and included the selective demolition of the complete 15th floor at 745 7th Avenue, with the fit-out of trading desks and office space together with MEP infrastructure upgrade and associated EPS/UPS power requirements. The fit-out works were based on a trading design standard and finishes reconfiguration to provide the same "look and feel" of a Barclays Capital trading space. At the time of construction this was the most efficient trading floor in all of Barclays' New York offices.
